SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

Hey Beauties! We appreciate your business!

Please make sure you're entering in the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. if you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off and will only show that you attempted to make the transaction.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

2. When will I receive my tracking number and shipping activities?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activites will become available within 24hrs. Your tracking number and associated information regarding your purchase will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam, offers, social and/or newsletter folders if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days after  placing your orders please contact customer service at wearehereforyou@tokyoheartsbeauty.com

3. Can I make changes to my order?

Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment has been processed

4. May I return my order?

No.

At Tokyo Hearts Beauty we stand by the quality of our products and the integrity of our service. Our strict exchange/return policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a brand new, never-before-used product.
Why we cannot accept returns on opened extensions:
  • Hygienic product: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept extensions that have been removed from their secure packaging.
  • Quality assurance: While we check every order for quality before shipping, we have no control over the product once it has been opened and handled outside our facility.
  • Uncompromised guarantee: This policy ensures that the product you receive has never been worn or tampered with, protecting your health and peace of mind.

 

5. When will I receive my refund?

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final

6. May I make a exchange?
